- Check In is 2:00 – 8:00 PM. Arrangements for late arrivals must be made by calling us. If you would like to arrive earlier than 2pm please let us know. If your room is ready, we can check you in. If not, you can purchase your discounted beach passes, go to the beach and we will call you when your room is ready..
- Check Out is 11:00 AM. Late check outs cannot be accommodated during high season
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our inns. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
- Pets are not accommodated at the Ocean Plaza. Small dogs 20 lbs. and under are accommodated at the Ocean View Inn at the discretion of management. Any damage to property caused by pets will be the financial responsibility of the owner
- All quoted room rates are for double occupancy. There is a $10/night per person extra charge for additional guests in the room.
- Deposits – a 25% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, VISA, MC and Amex. Checks are only accepted if received 10 days in advance of your stay.
- Cancellation Policy – Deposits are non-refundable, however, if we are able to rebook your entire stay we will apply your deposit to a future stay.
- — Weather Related Cancellations: We will only waive our cancellation policy for a weather related event that is declared a State of Emergency.
- — Health Related Cancellations: Last minute cancellations due to health issues, family death or other family related issues are still subject to our cancellation policy. We will make every effort to re-book your room so your deposit may be used towards a future stay.
