Policies

  • Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Arrangements for late arrivals must be made by calling us at (732) 774-6552. If you would like to arrive earlier than 2 pm, please let us know by calling us at (732) 774-6552. If your room is ready, we can check you in. If not, you can purchase your discounted beach passes, go to the beach, and will call you when your room is ready!

  • Check out is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs cannot be accommodated during high season (May-September).

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our inns. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

  • Pets are not permitted at The Ocean Plaza; Pets are permitted at the Ocean View Inn at the discretion of management.

  • All quoted room rates are for double occupancy. There is a $20/night charge for additional guests in a room; $10/night for children.

  • Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Checks are accepted if received 10 days in advance of your stay.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, however, if we are able to re-book the accommodations that you cancelled for the entire stay, we will apply your deposit to a future stay that must be scheduled within one year from the date of the cancelled reservation.
    • Weather Related Cancellations: We will only waive our cancellation policy for a weather related event that is declared a state of emergency.
    • Health Related Cancellations: Last minute cancellations due to health issues, family deaths or other family related issues are still subject to our cancellation policy. We will make every effort to re-book your room so your deposit may be used towards a future stay.
